Campfire Floribunda Rose
Campfire is a member of the Cold Hardy Rose Collection as well as the Canadian Artist Series, which features roses developed by a consortium of Canadian rose growers and breeders that are winter hardy across Canada and named after Canadian artists or their works.
A floribunda rose, Campfire flowers heavily in continuous waves over a long season, from late spring to late fall. Borne in small showy clusters, red and yellow buds unfurl into 3-inch semidouble blooms that open in an intense yellow color, mature to medium pink, fade to cream, and maintain dark pink margins throughout, creating a multicolored, kaleidoscopic effect. The flowers are ideal for cutting. Just one snip makes a lovely bouquet.
Campfire is a small bush with a moderate growth rate, a moderately spreading habit, good disease resistance, and excellent cold tolerance. Highly versatile, floribunda roses make excellent landscape, garden bed, hedge, border, and container plants.
