The Dahlia Decorative Mix includes clump-forming, tender perennials (Zones 9-11) with an upright habit. These plants are perfect for mass planting in garden beds or grouped in borders, though they can also thrive in patio containers. To support their height, staking or caging may be helpful for these lively beauties.
These dahlias are simple to grow and thrive in full sun with nutrient-rich, well-draining soil. Amend heavy clay or sandy soil with organic matter, like peat moss, to create the perfect growing environment. Water thoroughly after planting and keep the soil consistently moist during the growing season.
